2. Services & Liability
We strive to provide the highest quality laundry and dry cleaning services. However, users must acknowledge the following:
- Damage: We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments. However, we are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, shrinkage, or color bleeding due to manufacturer defects.
- Lost Items: Any claim for lost items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Our liability for lost items is limited to 5 times the cleaning cost of that specific item.
- Personal Items: Please check all pockets before handing over clothes. We are not responsible for valuables (cash, jewelry, electronics) left in pockets.
3. Pickup & Delivery
We operate within specific pincodes (721101, 721102). Timings selected during booking are estimates.
- If the customer is unavailable during the scheduled slot, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at any location if it poses a safety risk to our delivery partners.
4. Payments & Billing
We offer secure online payments through our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Authorization: By choosing to pay online, you authorize us to charge your credit card, debit card, or UPI account for the total order amount.
- Security: We do not store your card details on our servers. All transaction data is encrypted and processed directly by Razorpay's secure infrastructure.
- Invoicing: A digital invoice will be generated and accessible in your "Orders" section upon successful payment.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change. The price applicable at the time of booking will be charged.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans change. Our policy is as follows:
- Cancellation: You may cancel an order up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made after pickup has been attempted may incur a convenience fee.
- Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders or disputed charges will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Source: All refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment via the Razorpay gateway.
6. User Conduct
Users agree to provide accurate information (Name, Address, Contact) during registration. Creating multiple accounts to abuse promo codes or referral systems will result in permanent suspension.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal data (Name, Phone, Address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more details, please view our full Privacy Policy.
